Shipping policy
Currently shipping is only available for Australian locations, we do not currently ship internationally.
We ship with a variety of providers. They include:
- Australia Post
- Sendal
- TNT
- Fast Track
There may be occasions when we ship with other providers as well.
We will endeavor to ship your item within two business days of order being received, if there is a delay we will contact you to discuss options.
No shipping on Bikes.
Pick up in store is FREE, just select it during the checkout process.
Small packages (up to 500g) are $12 Australia wide. $18 for express.
Medium packages (500g to 1kg) are $16 Australia wide. $24 for express.
Large packages (1kg to 3kg) are $20 Australia wide. $30 for express.
Extra large (3kg to 5kg) are $30 Australia wide.
Over 5kg are $45
Full face helmets are $30 Australia wide.
MTB tyres are $20 standard and $30 for express
Bikes are pickup in store only.
Large oversize and bulky items. These items should calculate at the checkout. If they dont get in touch and we can give you a quote. We may contact you the odd occasion that the shipping is incorrect to adjust it.
On average, orders will arrive in 3-6 days. This depends on where you are in Australia, more in-land or regional can take longer.
Please note: Current volume in the post and courier system is causing order delays with delivery times averaging 1-2 weeks nationwide.
